The company was established in 2002 in Kiev and has a unique portfolio of real estate projects with a total area of more than 1,7 million sq.m.

In 2006 new shareholders came, which led to rebranding and project portfolio diversification. DeVision managed to put together a first-class team of professionals in real estate experienced in development of commercial and residential real estate projects in Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Austria, and the Baltics. This team gave a new start to the company and its projects.

Today DeVision owns and develops 8 projects of commercial and residential real estate in Kiev and Kiev region . DeVision’s activity includes full scope of functions for implementation and operation of the real estate objects: from development of the object concept, designing, financing, and construction to implementation and management of commercial and residential real estate.

Due to unique character of all projects DeVision has achieved a dominant position in the real estate market of Ukraine.
